Jason and I are so fortunate to have Lyssa Sue as our goddaughter. We are excited to share our faith and love of God with her for years to come.
Aimee and Mike belong to a tiny, tiny parish. The congregation is about 25 people total and I think almost all of them were present for the baptism. Needless to say, our 4 girls offered much excitement and entertainment during the service. Grandma Nancy and Papa Keith, and Lilly's Grandma Jan and Papa Scott had their hands full. There was a lot of shushing!
After the ceremony, the congregation hosted a small gathering in the church basement. The bigger girls thought having cake for breakfast was the best thing ever!

She actually started crying long before the ceremony started. Her tummy was bothering her and she eventually started spitting up all over her pretty baptism gown. Oh well!
